Anti-GFP Affinity Beads 4FF
GFP (green fluorescent protein) or its mutant EGFP (enhanced green fluorescent protein) has been widely used to detect gene expression efficiency and the expression or distribution of target proteins. As a protein tag, the GFP fusion protein exhibits green fluorescence spontaneously. It can locate the target gene in the cell without the antibody and it is free from the interference of other substances. Anti-GFP Affinity Beads 4FF can detect and purify GFP, EGFP and their fusion proteins . It cannot bind BFP fusion protein.
