Anti-HA Antibody
The HAtag is derived from amino acids 98-106 (YPYDVPDYA) of human influenza hemagglutinin. It has minimal impact on the spatial structure of exogenous target proteins and can be easily constructed as a tag protein fused to the N- or C-terminus of a protein. Therefore, it is commonly used for the fusion expression of recombinant proteins. TheAnti-HAAntibody specifically recognizes the HAtag and is used for the detection of expression and localization of fusion proteins.
