By technology, cell sorting includes Fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS), Magnetic-activated cell separation (MACS), and Micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS). MACS offers unique advantages, including: ① high purity and viability of sorted cells; ② fast and simple workflow; ③ automation capability with high throughput, eliminating the need for large instruments. For MACS, we not only provide in-house developed base beads and separation columns for performance evaluation but also offer conjugation services to manufacture functional magnetic beads tailored to customer needs for downstream evaluation and applications. For FACS, we can label different fluorescent molecules according to your requirements to assess specificity and sensitivity.

1. Nanometer-Scale Cell Sorting Beads
Using human PBMC + 2% K562-CD34 as the sample, the sorting performance of Boyi Human CD34 Cell Sorting Beads and imported M beads was comparable, whether used with domestic columns or imported columns.
