Anti-c-Myc Affinity Beads
Anti-c-Myc Affinity Beads can identify C-terminal, N-terminal or internal c-Myc tagged fusion proteins expressed in prokaryotes and eukaryotes. The c-Myc peptide is encoded by the c-Myc gene on human chromosome 8q24, corresponding to the 410-419 amino acid (EQKLISEEDL) of human c-myc oncogene P62. Anti-c-Myc Affinity Beads can be used in Western-blot, immunoprecipitation and flow cytometry to detect the expression of recombinant proteins in target cells.
