a. Denaturant: Lithium dodecyl sulfate (LDS), providing better low-temperature stability and higher binding efficiency with proteins.
b. ReducingAgent: Contains a small amount of DTT with a mild irritating odor; free of β-mercaptoethanol.
c. Tracking Dye: Bromophenol blue, offering clear and stable coloration with strong compatibility.
d. Versatility: Neutral pH ensures broad applicability.
